How Volery handles the details you send through this website.

Volery is a creator marketing agency headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this notice, “Volery”, “we” and “us” mean Volery.
We decide how the personal data you send us through volery.xyz is used, which makes us responsible for it (its “controller”). For any question about this notice or your data, email sam@volery.xyz.
This website, its contact form and enquiries you email to sam@volery.xyz. It doesn’t cover other websites we link to, such as LinkedIn, which have their own privacy policies.
Only what you choose to send us, and the technical details every website receives.
You don’t have to send us anything. If you use the form, we need your name, work email and company, and the details of your enquiry, to reply. Without them, we can’t.
This website uses no cookies and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it stores nothing about you in your browser. Its fonts and files come from volery.xyz itself, so browsing it sends nothing to anyone else.
The “Send this to your agency” and “Copy link” buttons work on your own device: they open your email app or share menu, or copy a link. Nothing passes through us.
UAE law has no “legitimate interest” ground. Under it, we rely on your consent, which you give by sending us your enquiry, or on your request to discuss an agreement. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing sam@volery.xyz. That stops any further use, but doesn’t affect what we did before.
We don’t sell your data, add you to a mailing list, send you marketing you haven’t asked for, or make automated decisions about you.
A small number of service providers, each only to provide its service to us:
If you’re a brand and tell us which media agency you work with, we loop them in, as the form says: we contact that agency and share your enquiry with it, so we can work on it together.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We and our providers may store and process your information outside the United Arab Emirates. Our team also works from Manchester and Miami, so colleagues in the United Kingdom or the United States may handle your enquiry, and our providers may use the United States and other countries. We send it only to deliver your enquiry to us, deal with it and run this website.
Where the law requires safeguards for this, we rely on those in our providers’ data protection terms, such as standard contractual clauses. FormSubmit’s terms don’t say where it is based. To ask about these safeguards, or for a copy, email sam@volery.xyz.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, if you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR or the UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
You can also object, at any time, to any use that relies on our legitimate interests. We will then stop, unless we have a compelling reason to continue that outweighs your interests, or need the data for a legal claim.
To ask, email sam@volery.xyz. We may first need to confirm who you are. We will then reply within one month. If a request is complex, we may need up to two more months, and we will tell you why within the first month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, tell us first at sam@volery.xyz, and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UAE, the UAE Data Office; in the EU, the authority in your country; in the UK, the ICO.
This website is served only over encrypted connections, with strict security settings and no third-party scripts, and your browser sends your enquiry to FormSubmit over an encrypted connection. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.
This website is for businesses. It isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data.
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
